You’ve probably heard this many times: “Call and talk to one of the volunteers who will take your pledge...” Well, WRVO's next scheduled on-air fundraiser will be this Fall. From October 17 to October 24 we will need some phone volunteers in our studios, located on the campus in Oswego.
Requirements: 2 - 4 hours per shift. Good telephone manner and desire to chat with fellow public radio listeners. No prior training required. It’s fun and you get to support WRVO in yet another way...with just a few hours of your time. Also, there’s usually time for some informal discussion with the WRVO staff. We won’t mention the doughnuts, but they are a tradition!
