The WRVO Stations are a non-profit, non-commercial, member supported Public Radio Service based at the State University of New York at Oswego operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

WRVN-FM 91.9 serves Utica, Rome and the Mohawk Valley with 1900 watts from a height of 62 feet below average terrain from facilities on the campus of SUNY-Institute of Technology.
WRVJ-FM 91.7 serves Watertown, the North Country, the Black River and Seaway Valleys and Southern Ontario with 1600 watts at a height of 440 feet above terrain from Copenhagen NY on a tower leased from WPBS-TV.
WRVD-FM 90.3 serves downtown Syracuse and the University area with 285 watts from a height of 42 feet above terrain from facilities on the campus of SUNY-Upstate Medical University.
WRCU-FM 90.1 Hamilton & WSUC-FM 90.5 Cortland (part-time).
