SUNY Oswego hosted top names in the media industry discussing trends
in new media and intellectual property during the 2008 edition of the
Lewis B. O'Donnell Media Summit, titled Media Revolution.
This year's experts participating include J. Scott Dinsdale, executive vice president of digital operations and new technology for SONY/BMG Music Entertainment; Erica Farber, CEO of Radio & Records magazine; 1981 SUNY Oswego graduate Steve Leblang, senior vice president of strategic planning and research for FX Networks; Patrick Stiegman, vice president and executive editor/producer for ESPN.com; and moderator pictured left Jack Myers,
who heads entertainment publishing company Myers Publishing. New this
year was an on-stage student reactor, broadcasting
major Candace J. Dunkley.
The
Lewis O'Donnell Media summit was hosted on the SUNY Oswego campus on Wednesday October 22, 2008.
